Pessimo,eles não tem respeito e nem compromisso Positive: Nao tem como gostar de nada ,eu cheguei não tinha toalhas ,papel higiênico e nem roupas de cama,apenas o colchão Negative: Eles disseram que iria levar pra mim tudo o que presisava ,mais ninguém apareceu , então presisei pagar um hotel para poder tomar banho dormir eles não devolveram o meu dinheiro no outro dia retornei as 4 da tarde para ver se já estava pronto para minha estadia e não!Nao estava pronto,busquei ajuda várias vezes mais sem sucesso ,encontrei alguém da limpeza e ela disse que não estava sabendo sobre nada do meu apartamento e que iria ligar para o chefe para poder resolver meu problema mais nada resovildo ,então na parte da tarde foram colocar o que faltava mais eu já estava decepcionada demais com a falta de respeito com o cliente ,entrei em contato com o bookin.com porém eles também tentaram contato mais sem nenhuma resposta ,fiquei no prejuízo

Worst Stay Ever – Avoid at All Costs Positive: Nothing Negative: This was honestly the worst place I’ve ever booked. The flat was filthy and full of dust, bad enough to trigger my asthma. There were no basic amenities like shower gel, no towels as advertised, and the tea towels and bath mat that were there were dirty and stained. The bed wasn’t even made, the mattress felt like it was collapsing, and the bedside lamp was falling apart. The windows clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages, the bathtub was loose, and the main lock didn’t work. To make it worse, the flat is right next to open bins that reek and attract flies. The kettle and hob didn’t work either, I actually had to heat water in the oven just to make tea. We messaged the host multiple times but got no response at all. We left immediately because there was no way to stay here. Avoid this place at all costs, it should not even be listed.
