Positive: very good value for money Negative: Doesnt include hair dryer, shower wouldnt stick to one temperature, bedroom window is broken and let a draft in constantly, i woke up the last day and there was a leak coming from the hallway ceiling. Also the roads outside are very busy - extremely difficult to park - its opposite a pub so expect noise.
