Horrible experience
Positive: The Location
Negative: Everything else was bad. Your staff were rude. It was very difficult to get help, no one answered the contact numbers that was on the confirmation e mails.We were threatened by Miriam Allen of Short Stay .Co.uk We were not in number 4 Bradford which I had booked. We were put in number 12 Bradford, 9 flights of stairs up. They were fully aware of all the problems in number 12 Bradford. Broken glass window pane, no electricity, no wifi, intercom didn't work, secure parking remote didn't work. Water did not drain away in shower cubicle so you stood ankke deep in dirty water. We have a bill for an electrician call out after hours. We have a parking fine for £70.00 And we incurred extra costs for the accommodation we moved too. Do not book this place.
