Flat B Commercial Road Long Stays Disc Sleeps 5 Located in Town Centre

Disappointing Positive: Location is good for Town Centre and Designer Outlet. Downside of that is the traffic noise. Negative: Free WiFi was advertised as included as well as streaming services. Because there was no WiFi, there was no streaming services as advertised. When we questioned the hosts, they were not helpful at all, They gave us an option for WiFi which didn't work as well as one that is listed in the property. We also complained about there being dirty rusted silverware in the dishwasher (smelled bad). They did nothing about it. The one bedroom smelled like stale cigar smoke. Obviously, the hosts were aware of that because there were four plug in air fresheners in that room. It also said toilet paper was included. We were given one roll of toilet paper for four adults for 9 nights. Also there was no plastic liner for the big garbage bin.

Positive: Great central location Negative: Entrance from street a little untidy.
