It was ok, the place Positive: It was great to have two separate room and the location was handy close to the train and bus. Negative: It was not as nice and clean as in the pictures. Their were humidity and mould stains in the floors, walls and the shower cleanliness was not great. The entrance door was consistently kept opened and was a mess inside. The neighborhood was quite dirty. I received a wifi passcode that was not working and got no response when asking about it.

Contact regarding the WiFi - the photo below advises the codes but nothing worked Positive: The property was fine. Negative: Had a real issue with the WiFi or lack of it. It wouldn’t connect with the advised logon details, I called everyday and sent text messages asking for help and nothing happened and basically we had no WiFi, TV etc., and had to use hotspots using our data when we should have had to. We paid for WiFi and didn’t receive it - nobody to call or returned text messages with the correct logon information.

Needed sprucing up to match description. Cleaner did well. Enjoyed our stay. Positive: It was situated opposite a nice pub that sold good food reasonably priced. Perhaps worth mentioning, when we visited on the Saturday around tea time it was very busy with young families. Much quieter after about 7pm. I liked the view from the windows - sky, rooftops and streets. Not far from the train station. Negative: There were damp patches/ stains from leakages on the ceiling of each bedroom and in the lounge. A significant part of the sealant in the shower was black. My husband and daughter experienced the shower going cold. Even though I expected the ceilings in the bedrooms to be low given the apartment is probably a loft conversation, the lack of height was more than I expected and impacted on our comfort. You needed to be careful not to knock your head.

Great place in a good location. Positive: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. Good facilities. We extended our stay and would stay here again. Negative: We were there for a few weeks so the small fridge was a bit of a challenge. Also, the pressure in the shower could be better.
