Negative: Looks nothing like the pictures

Rubbish Positive: Location close to family house. Negative: Dirty Stairs; No Electricity for some hours due to not paying the bill; Leg missing from television; No external connection for the TV: No sign of any WiFi connectivity; no instructions for the electric heaters. Shower not working; Shower room mirror too high for make up ; Cling film over smoke alarm in lounge making it dangerous; Smell of Tobacco smoke in flat; Very slow communication after reporting the electric problem; Duvet too small for two people;
