Falkirk House Long Stay Discounts Sleep 6 Free Parking

Very disappointing Positive: Location was good, but everything else made it bad! Negative: The cleanliness was terrible. Not vacuumed, bits everywhere. Marks all over the sides, oven dirty even skid marks in the toilet. The advertise patio door but have no key. 28° and no airflow unless I leave front door open. Windows upstairs open inwards and they have bolted blinds up. They don't even open an inch! No sleep due to the heat and not being able to open windows. They brought round 2 fans atill boxed that took me 20 minutes to put together. Just pushed the warm air around. Pubes on the floor in both bathrooms. Poo marks on the carpet that wiped up. Evidently wasnt cleaned prior to us! The bin lid is broken have to lift the lid if each time. There are a lot more pictures and videos but will only let me upload 4. Still waiting for my refund. Extremely disappointed we payed £180 a night. Expect a lot better!!
