Would not return, dust all over the bathroom skirting boards. Filthy shower curtain. Pans dirty. Negative: A box of tiles left on the ground at the rear of the property with a tile overhanging the edge. A metal fitment to the front door being loose and caught clothing on it.

Chiamato piu volte il numero per il supporto ma.nessuno risponde. Contattati via mail rispondono con ritardo ed inoltre non danno nessun aiuto. Mi hanno detto di mettere i riscaldamenti in modalità cold, cosa che sembra assurda e nonostante abbia dovuto scaricare il manuale del loro termostato risulta palesemente impossibile. Questo mi fa pensare che chi noleggia la struttura non abbia la.minima idea di cosa ci sia dentro. Per il barbecue abbiamo avuto uno scambio di mail di 2 gg, alla fine ho dovuto dire che il bbq non era minimamente presente in giardino per farglielo capire.

Property is practically on a building site, so noisy all day with large trucks and diggers etc. No instructions on how t Positive: Reasonably spacious Negative: No microwave, ironing board, oven gloves, vacuum, new toilet rolls, waste bags, appliance instructions, door hooks, pizza slice. Sofas were dirty and one broken. Front door rain strip broken. Internet & fridge not up and running on arrival. No aircon. Curtains not able to be closed fully. No clothes drawers in any of the bedrooms. No dishwasher tablets, only one dirty tea cloth. Poor water pressure

Wouldn’t recommend! Bad customer service. Positive: Nice new build, clean and tidy when we arrived. Negative: Property was advertised with bbq facilities and outside seating, it had neither. Didn’t have working WiFi, waited over 6 hours for someone to bring out a new wifi box!! Customer service from the owner was shocking, replied once in the whole weekend when I was calling about issues. Could do with having a mop within the property and some sort of cleaning facilities as back garden is mainly mud, so when having dogs coming in & out makes it dirty. An instruction booklet to know how to work the heater, as we had to get someone out for this too and found out the boiler was just set to cold.
