Francis Street Central Location Sleep 7 Cheltenham

Dirty, awful house. Decent location. Negative: House was filthy. Cushions smelled. Windows did not open. Bit was dirty and smelled bad. Outside bin was full. Dishwasher fell out when opened and did not work. Host was mostly unresponsive and offered no assistance.

Positive: Localização central, deu para conhecer as vilas e aldeias de Cootswoold, casa bem equipada,apesar de não termos conseguido ligar a máquina da loiça, que não foi necessário, espaçosa para 5 adultos e 2 crianças

Positive: Facility itself was good but communication with host was terrible. We could not open windows in 2 rooms - messaged multiple times to check if we could find keys to open these but got no response. However, aside that the facility and location were good. The window point is important and hopefully can be easily addressed. Negative: Windows closed and slow communication

Lovely house but in need of a deep clean Positive: The location is superb Great to be able to take our dog Kitchen and bathroom nice and equipped Beds comfortable and bedrooms good sizes Parking great too . Negative: Unfortunately it looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in a while or even a mop .Crumbs in the living room and kitchen and also toenails near the kitchen bin , bits all round the edges , spiders on the ceiling in living room , kitchen and back bedroom , found a little toy under the bed which I left for the owners to see .. . Cobwebs on the back bedroom window , didn't look in the other bedrooms . A popped balloon behind the TV .. I borrowed a vacuum cleaner while we were there and hoovered downstairs. We also mopped the kitchen floor , it was filthy . The bathroom appeared clean but the shower screen was dirty along with the taps on the sink . The bath had bits in it too . The house certainly didn't smell like it had been cleaned but smelt of air freshener. Could also do with a dressing table or something so u can get ready properly as there is nothing to sit on in the bedrooms and the only mirror is in the bathroom or a full length one in the front bedroom. No proper wardrobes just a rail . Kitchen chair with a loose back , bathroom light switch faulty . The garden could also do with some attention, fence post broke and panel leaning so needed to block it so our dog couldn't escape. No garden furniture to sit on and the garden overgrown at the side . This didn't spoil our stay as it is a lovely house and we did have a lovely holiday , but it would be great if you could supply a vacuum cleaner , brush and shovel and a mop and bucket for future holiday makers , if cleaning isn't going to be up to standard ..

Positive: It was a pleasure to relax in a home atmosphere after a long exploring journey
