Kale Entire House Long Stays Free Parking and WIFI

WORST PROPERTY I HAVE EVER STAYED IN Negative: Very disappointing right from the start of our stay. Firstly the front door would not open although we were able to gain access through the back door. Once inside we were greeted with a very loud beeping noise from the fire alarm which went off every 10 seconds. The fridge decided to not work after day 2 so all our food went off. After reporting the issues to the landlord and asking them to attend immediately, we had excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't come out. Their reponse with regards to the fire alarm was for us to take the battery out. It still continued to beep so we had no option than to take it off the ceiling completely. It took them til Thursday to come out. They still could not fix the door. We didn't bother to report the other problems because it would have fallen on deaf ears!!! I have never been so disappointed and disgusted as such poor service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING IN THIS PROPERTY.

Positive: The property is located in an new residential development a bit far from the city centre if you are not driving but the area around was really nice and not far from cheltenham so you can have a easy access for both cities. Negative: Communication, staff take ages to answer each message The front door wasn’t working so to get in to the house we had to go through the gate and get in from the kitchen door. The Internet wasn’t work that great.

Positive: Possibly the best place I've ever stayed for that cost
