Nice stay in Swindow (with some room for improvement)
Positive: Spacious house at the end of a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Swindon. Quiet area. Two parking spaces. Well equipped kitchen. Two full bathrooms on the first floor and one smaller bathroom on the ground floor. Washing machine & dishwasher. Good wifi. Overall, a pleasant stay.
Negative: A little bit more care on some of the details (a few screw holes in the walls, a wobbly shelf in one of the bedrooms, bedside lampshades without bulb, one of the conservatory windows not closing etc.) would make the house a lot more attractive. Communication from the host was a bit patchy and not always very prompt. Also, despite renting the house for 8 people, there were only 5 forks, spoons etc. and 4 dining chairs...
